Our signature menu items, prepared fresh every day with authentic Punjabi recipes, house-ground spices, and the smoky touch of the tandoor.
✦ Our Philosophy ✦
At Flavours of Punjab Ristorante Indiano Senigallia, our journey began in 2024 with a simple yet powerful vision: to bring the authentic soul of Punjab to Italy.
We are a family-run restaurant where recipes are lived, not just followed. Fresh spices are prepared in-house each day, and our traditional tandoor oven gives our signature dishes their bold, smoky, unforgettable character.
Marinated in yogurt, lemon, and traditional spices, then cooked in the tandoor for a perfectly smoky finish.
Tender chicken marinated with cream, cheese, and delicate spices—soft, rich, and elegant in flavor.
Indian cottage cheese marinated in spices and yogurt, grilled in the tandoor for a balanced smoky taste.
A timeless classic—tender chicken in a creamy tomato and butter sauce, mildly spiced and comforting.
Slow-cooked black lentils enriched with butter and cream, offering deep and authentic flavor.
Freshly baked in the tandoor, soft and aromatic with garlic and butter—perfect with every dish.
Our tandoori oven, imported directly from India, is the true heart of the restaurant. This clay oven reaches temperatures above 480°C, creating a unique style of cooking that cannot be replicated in any other way.
Tandoori cooking gives dishes a crisp, lightly smoky exterior while keeping the inside tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Tandoori Chicken, Seekh Kebab, Chicken Tikka, and the different types of naan all gain their unmistakable taste thanks to the tandoori oven.
Butter Chicken — or Murgh Makhani — is perhaps the most emblematic dish of Punjabi cuisine. Our version follows the original recipe: chicken marinated and grilled in the tandoori oven, then immersed in a velvety sauce of butter, tomato, cream, and a secret spice blend.
The sauce is slowly cooked for hours, allowing all the flavours to blend perfectly. The result is a creamy, aromatic, irresistible dish that has won the hearts of our guests from Senigallia to India.
"The most ordered dish on our menu — every customer wants more!"
See It on the Menu
Biryani is much more than a simple rice dish — it is a celebration in itself. Prepared with premium basmati rice, Biryani is cooked using the traditional “dum pukht” technique (sealed slow cooking), allowing all the flavours to merge slowly into perfect harmony.
The spices — saffron, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves — are toasted and combined with precision. The meat or vegetables are marinated for hours. Everything is then cooked in a sealed pot, creating an aromatic and irresistible dish.
Punjabi cuisine has an extraordinary vegetarian tradition. Our vegetarian dishes are not just an alternative — they are complete culinary masterpieces, rich in flavour, texture, and nourishment.
From creamy Palak Paneer (spinach and Indian cheese) to velvety Daal Makhni (black lentils with butter), from rich Shahi Paneer to flavourful Kadai Paneer — every dish is an explosion of taste that satisfies even the most demanding palates.
